3-Month Leadership Coaching Program

We provide leaders with 3 coaching sessions per month for 3-months (which is actually enough time to begin seeing real behavioral changes).

Through individual sessions, we’ll coach leaders to be more adaptive, resilient, and trustworthy.


Leadership coaching includes:

  • Month 1

    • An Enneagram Personality Assessment to help leaders identify personal triggers and stress coping mechanisms. This self-awareness leads to greater adaptability to constant business changes.

  • Month 2

    • Emotional and nervous system regulation skills to help leaders be more resilient under constant stress, change, and pressure.

  • Month 3

    • Strategies for leaders to rebuild trust, connection, and safety for themselves and in the organization.
