Trust Training
Navigating Change
Trust can be built or broken during times of change. Emotions such as fear run high, and people behave in reactive ways that erode trust. Learn how your brain and body react to change and how to effectively navigate change.
Modules
Your Enneagram
Participants will learn about their specific personality type based on the Enneagram system, how they are likely to react to change, and strategies to regulate themselves.
Self-Regulation
Participants will learn about the three different neurological states, and how to regulate themselves back to a safe state.
Feeling Feelings
Participants will build their emotional vocabulary, learn how to feel their feelings and talk about feelings with others.
Training Approach
To create permanent and sustainable behavior change, each training module contains the steps of Learn, Practice, and Reflect. The time commitment for each part of the training module will be customized to fit the culture of the organization.
Learn
Participants will have a group training session focusing on one relational skill. Each training session will include a combination of instruction, individual reflection, small group breakouts, and group discussion to counteract Zoom fatigue.
Practice
Participants will have relevant and immediately applicable assignments to complete between sessions. Alla will provide accountability for assignment completion.
Reflect
Two weeks after each skills training session, participants will come together for small group reflections sessions to share their learnings from the practice, troubleshoot challenges, and formulate action plans, to which Alla will hold participants accountable.
